Getting Started with ServiceFox
Welcome aboard! This guide walks you through the basic setup of your ServiceFox account.
1Create account
First, you need administrator access. Go to the registration page and enter your business details.
Required information:
- Company name
- Administrator email address
- VAT ID (optional)
2Invite employees
After logging in, you can invite further colleagues.
Each employee receives an email with an invitation link to set their own password.
3Create first order
Click the large "+" button in the dashboard to create a new order. Enter customer details and problem description.
