Enable Push Notifications

To make sure you don't miss any requests, push notifications must be enabled.

Mandatory for Providers!

As a provider, you must have push notifications enabled. Otherwise you'll miss customer requests and order acceptances.

For iPhone (iOS)

  1. 1. Open Settings
  2. 2. Scroll down and tap "ServiceFox"
  3. 3. Tap "Notifications"
  4. 4. Enable "Allow Notifications"
  5. 5. Enable recommended settings
  • • Sounds
  • • Badges
  • • Lock Screen
  • • Notification Center
  • • Banners

For Android

  1. 1. Open Settings
  2. 2. Tap "Apps" or "Applications"
  3. 3. Find ServiceFox in the list
  4. 4. Tap "Notifications"
  5. 5. Enable all notification types
  • • Order requests (urgent)
  • • Chat messages
  • • Status updates
  • • Reviews

First-time activation in the app

  1. 1. A dialog appears on first app launch
  2. 2. Tap "Allow"
  3. 3. Done – notifications are active!

Test notifications

  • • Customer sends request → Push appears
  • • Provider app: Send test notification
  • • Chat message → Badge + Push
