How to find the best offer for your emergency.
How Does the Search Work?
After creating your order, ServiceFox starts an automatic search:
Search Radius System:
- • Start: 2.5 km around your location
- • Expands: Every 30 seconds by 2.5 km
- • Maximum: Up to 50 km
What's Included in the Offer?
- Price Range: Each offer includes a price range (e.g. "€80 - €120").
- Estimated Time of Arrival (ETA): The estimated arrival time is calculated automatically based on distance and current traffic conditions.
- Rating: Each expert has an average rating (1-5 stars) and the number of reviews.
Accept an Offer
Decided on an offer? Here's what happens:
- 1. Tap "Accept Offer" The expert is notified immediately.
- 2. Other Offers Are Automatically Declined The other experts receive a rejection notice.
- 3. Chat Feature Activated You can now chat with or call the expert.
- 4. Expert Is on Their Way You can see their status live in the app.
